Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Mont Tricot 20-K rue Principale N, Sutton, QC J0E 2K0 CANADA and take 24 to 48 hours to process, in addition to the delivery times.
HEAVY ITEMS may incur additional fees. We will contact you prior to shipping to confirm you are ok with additional charges.
IN-STORE PICKUP
-If you choose the option of in-store pickup, you will be subject to Quebec sales tax.
-We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. For information on the status of an in-store pickup order, please contact us directly at monttricot@gmail.com
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

-All orders are shipped via private courier (ICS, Purolator, Canpar, UPS) or Canada Post.

-Please note that sales tax for Canadian orders applies according to your shipping address.

-Canadian orders: Come with a tracking number. Insurance coverage is available upon request. Leave us a note with your order, we will confirm before shipping of the additional cost.
Rates for Quebec and Ontario: $14.00
Rates for rest of Canada: $17.50
Rates for Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut: $19.50
US ORDERS -
We are now shipping only American made products to the United States as these will not incur any additional tariffs or fees. We will continue to explore how we can ship the remainder of our products to the US.
We are back to shipping with Canada Post. When in doubt, contact us and we will let you know the latest. Feel assured that we are trying to make shipments to the US as seamless as possible.

All shipments to the US are $19.50.

All orders will have duties and fees pre-paid before shipping.

American yarn going back to the US will not have any duty. This includes: Artyarns, Spincycle Yarns and Moon Drake yarns.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International orders: By default the shipping cost is $30.00 but we adjust manually according to the real cost. I will confirm with you of the exact cost before shipping, you will have the option to accept or cancel the transaction at no cost to you.
-International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees according to your country's stipulations.
-No sales tax on destinations outside of Canada.
Return &
Exchange Policy
Exchanges
Yarn can be returned in its original condition for store credit only within 30 days of original purchase. No exchanges or returns for limited edition items, custom orders, sale items, needles, books, magazines, accessories, patterns, or wound yarn. If you would like to exchange your new unused item, it is best to email us with your information so that we may process your credit.
Qualifiers
All items must be returned in their original packaging, tags, documentation, accessories and condition. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs (except for any errors made by Mont Tricot).
