All orders are shipped from Mont Tricot 20-K rue Principale N, Sutton, QC J0E 2K0 CANADA and take 24 to 48 hours to process, in addition to the delivery times. 

 

HEAVY ITEMS may incur additional fees. We will contact you prior to shipping to confirm you are ok with additional charges.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

-If you choose the option of in-store pickup, you will be subject to Quebec sales tax.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

• -All orders are shipped via private courier (ICS, Purolator, Canpar, UPS) or  Canada Post. 

• -Please note that sales tax for Canadian orders applies according to your shipping address.

• -Canadian orders: Come with a tracking number. Insurance coverage is available, leave us a note with your order if you want it insured and we will confirm before shipping of the additional cost.

Rates for Quebec and Ontario: $14.00

Rates for rest of Canada: $17.50

US ORDERS

-No sales tax on destinations outside of Canada.
-US orders:  Comes with a tracking number. Insurance coverage is available, leave us a note with your order if you want it insured and we will confirm before shipping of the additional cost.

-International orders may be subject to customs and other fees according to your country's stipulations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

- International orders: By default the shipping cost is $30.00 but we adjust manually according to the real cost. I will confirm with you of the exact cost before shipping, you will have the option to accept or cancel the transaction at no cost to you.
