Manchelopi is an unspun 2ply pencil roving that is certified organic and fair trade.
It is made with a double knit in approx 100gr plates or cheeses. Approximately double knit weave would be 230m / approx 100gr and a single knit 460m / approx 100gr (for the single ply, you will need to split the plies of the Manchelopi.
Manchelopis are categorized as DK but in my opinion are best knit up as worsted/aran or even bulky.
This yarn is a unique product made with Manchega Wool, a breed that has not been used commonly for knitting but Wooldreamers wanted to revalue for its softness and quality.
