This beautiful wool will surprise you for its warmth, loftiness and versatility. It can be knit up with a range of needle sizes that will allow you to knit a wide range of patterns.  
 La Castellana furthers dLan's well established work of valuing the various wools of Spain.  
It is made with wool from the Castellana sheep. selected from the El Navazo Livestock (Arroyo de Cuellar, Segovia), the result of work and research with Angélica and Juan Antonio and daughters, who are looking for a better future for their wool and sheep. dLana also has the support of ANCA, the National Association of Castellana Sheep Breeders.
