In-Store Pickup

We will email the address you supplied when your order is ready for you to pickup and you are required to bring a picture ID to collect your products. For information on the status of an in-store pickup order, please contact us directly at monttricot@gmail.com or call (450) 538-8040.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders are sent via one of our preferred vendors. Any applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when you place your order according to where the item is to be shipped. All orders are shipped from Mont Tricot 20-K rue Principale N, Sutton, QC J0E 2K0 CANADA and take 24 to 48 hours to process, in addition to the delivery times shown on our website. Isolated and rural areas may take longer so your patience is appreciated.

Shipping Outside Canada

Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. Please note though that orders that are shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are applied once the package arrives at its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or the brokerage company and payment of those fees is the responsibility of the customer. Mont Tricot will not give an estimate for these charges. You can contact your local customs office for more information.
Additionally, Mont Tricot strives to provide fair shipping prices and will adjust shipping pricing based on actual shipping when possible
